I have decided that I simply don't care what LJ thinks anymore.

Not all of you, certainly, but in general, I think I just hate all of you. You're narrow minded and nitpicky. You have all the right answers, even though half the country disagrees with you and relegates these 'right answers' to opinion.

The people on here that I'm actually talking about (not those of you with your heads on straight) kind of make me sick. I see in your comments and entries all the things that I find disgusting with today's society.

I don't know who'll read this, or if anyone will. But I had to actually write it. I don't care if you comment, because it will probably go unanswered. I'm giving up. I don't want to be a part of livejournal anymore. I want all of you to grow the hell up.

I actually kind of had fun doing this survey. Found it at [info]thequestionclub.

1. Type your answer into the search bar at www.photobucket.com
2. Find a picture in the search results and answer my question with it. :D
3. Post the survey here or in your journal and link me. :D

This morning I posted my early Ostara E-Gift to the [info]solitarywiccans comm.

It's a big collection of Spring themed poetry, recipes, music, and even a sweet story of renewal.

I extend the gift to the lovely people on my friends page as well. To get you in the mood. :D

Happy early Ostara! Or Easter! Or Spring!

Dante, my puppy, is afraid of linoleum. He likes to follow me everywhere.

Sometimes, I go into the kitchen. Dante won't follow me in.

Instead, today, he stood in the doorway and whined so hard he snorted. A few times. It was the cutest/saddest thing I have ever heard.

Um... That will be all for now.

I love Mozilla Firefox.

Not because I believe in sticking it to the man, but because my browser looks like this:

I like this :D [Mar. 6th, 2008|12:27 pm]
The Paradox of Our Time in history is that we have taller buildings, but shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints;

we spend more, but have less; we buy more, but enjoy it less.

We have bigger houses and smaller families; more conveniences, but less time;

we have more degrees, but less sense;

more knowledge, but less judgment;

more experts, but we, laugh too little, drive too fast, get angry too quickly, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too seldom, watch TV too much, swear too much and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.

We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life;

We've added years to life, not life to years.

We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor.

We've conquered outer space, but not inner space;

We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul;

We've split the atom, but not our prejudice;

We write more, but learn less;

We plan more, but accomplish less.

We've learned to rush, but not to wait;

We have higher incomes, but lower morals;

We have more food, but less appeasement;

We build more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but have less communication;

We've become long on quantity, but short on quality.

These are the times of fast food, and slow digestion; tall men, and short character;
steep profits, and shallow relationships.

These are the times of world peace, but domestic warfare;

more leisure, but less fun;

more kinds of food, but less nutrition.

These are days of two incomes, but more divorce; of fancier houses, but broken homes.

These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throw away morality, one-night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer to quiet to kill.

It is a time when there is much in the show window and nothing in the stockroom;

a time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to make a difference,

or to just hit delete...

I finally got my turn to play Assassin's Creed for PS3. Not even joking, GO GET THIS GAME. It's like interacting with a movie. Graphics are enough to make you drool.

I would only complain about the beggars.

Also, since I'm lucky enough to live down south I get to go roller blading today. In shorts.

Also, also:
